3. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products, from clothing to cool and fun gadgets for adults, teenagers and young children.
Our products are respective to the season or time period. Meaning, you may see some products around October that are geared toward Halloween or you may see products around the Summer Time are geared toward the Summer. NOTE: What that means is Halloween products will not be listed on the site in months like May and vice-versa, you will not see Summer Products listed in December. Please visit our [Products/Services] page for detailed information.
4. How do I place an order?
Follow The Steps To Placing an Order.
- Select the product you'd like to purchase.
- Select the Color and/or Variant you'd like you purchase.
- Select the Quantity of the item you want.
- Click the Add To Cart button.
- On the Top Right Corner of your screen you will see and Tap / Click the Shopping Bag Icon with a number that is respective to Either / Both the Quantity of a particular item you chose or the Number Of Products you've added to your cart.
- A Shopping Cart / Bag Popup will show. At the Bottom of the Cart Window you will Tap / Click the Check Out Button.
- Finally, It will send to the Check Out Page which will allow you to Input Your Information, Choose Your Shipping Method, Then Put In Your Car Number.
- Then Tap / Click the Pay Now Button and your order has been placed.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by visiting the Track My Order Section. [On Desktop] It's posted on the Navigation Menu at the top of your screen. [On Mobile] by Tapping the Three Bars on the Top Left Corner of your screen a Menu will open showing the Track My Order Section
Once you have the Track My Order open you will need to Input your Order Number or Tracking Number and you will see the Estimated Delivery Date and Time.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all of the Major Card Manufacturers such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and DISCOVER.
7. What is your return/exchange policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (Tried on Clothing will be reviewed), in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
9. How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
To subscribe to our newsletter, by Inputting your Email to the Subscribe Tool at the bottom of the pages.
10. Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take the security of your personal information seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and protect your data.
When you place an order with us our team will only see the information for the shipping process and for the Return / Refund Process if you choose to return an item.
